NSPJ Architects is proud to have won a Kansas City Business Journal 2012 Capstone Award in the Multifamily division for the Briarcliff City Apartments. These 263 luxury apartment units are located just north of the Missouri River in the Briarcliff complex overlooking downtown Kansas City. Briarcliff City Apartments were fully leased out only 10 months after opening. We enjoyed working with Briarcliff Development on another successful project.
