The Ravenna, a luxury home in the Sanctuary at Highland Meadows, recently won the coveted Golden Key Award in the $1 million+ category AND the People’s Choice Award at the NoCo Parade of Homes. It’s no surprise that this residence was a fan favorite; the Ravenna boasts 3,175 square feet and caters to a life well-lived. It features abundant exterior spaces including an entry courtyard, trellised patio with hearth, and the great room opens to a large covered porch. Additionally, there is a large mudroom with direct exterior access. As well as, butler’s pantry conveniently located between the formal dining and kitchen. It features with a wine refrigerator, bar sink, warming microwave and pantry. The master suite is expansive and still cozy. It features its own hearth and sitting nook, porch access and spacious walk-in closet with island.

James McNutt, Architect and Senior Project Manager, explains why working with Landmark is such a success:

“Working in Colorado with a great group like Landmark Homes, has given me the chance to spread my design wings. Also, with such a large variety of home styles and developments we collaborate on, I am always getting to face a new design challenge.  Those challenges are what makes being an architect exciting.  The greatest reward is looking at the finished work and knowing that the team conquered the challenge well.  It makes me excited to do it again and again.”
