The Kansas City Business Journal reports: The ArriveKC development is making major progress, with its first 68 apartment units set to open May 15. The project blends historic and modern architecture and will feature high-end amenities such as interior courtyards, a heated saltwater pool, a fitness center and a rooftop gathering space with views of the Kansas City skyline.
