From the Kansas City Business Journal: “A Merriam residential developer recently started advancing an apartment plan it first presented more than two years ago along the 39th Street corridor. Hickok Homes this month filed a development plan and rezoning request for a four-story, 73-unit complex northeast of 39th and Roanoke Road. That’s a slight reduction from a five-story, 92-unit version of the project that Hickok shared with residents in fall 2022.”
