After an initial plan was brought to the Mission City Council in 2022, Milhaus Development will present a prefatory plan for development on June 26 for a mixed-use community in downtown Mission. The Mission Beverly Apartments, designed by NSPJ, would bring hundreds of apartments and retail space to the area.
