Our Kansas City Architecture Firm Develops the Missouri River Waterfront Once Again
Construction is wrapping up at CORE | Modern Apartments, an NSPJ multifamily architecture project that offers next-level living in an optimal location within walking distance of the Berkley Riverfront Park. It is the newest addition to luxury apartment living in the heart of the Kansas City metro area.
The project, commissioned, owned, and operated by, North Point Management, started in summer 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Construction of the entire development is scheduled for completion at the end of this year.
