The Grand Royale is undergoing a $13 million renovation in Gladstone, Missouri. We have been working closely with MBI Companies and Genesis Construction on this extensive renovation. The facility will be 105-units in total with 34 independent-living suites, 43 assisted-living, and 28 skilled-living units.
