Block Real Estate Services LLC and Sunflower Development Group filed for a rezoning request in the Country Club Plaza last week and seek to build a 213-unit apartment and garage space. NSPJ is the designer of the multifamily community.
The rezoning request includes a 10-story, 213-apartment complex located at 4627 Madison Ave. in the Country Club Plaza. The apartment complex would also implement features such as a pool and bar, fitness center, work-from-home spaces and unit patios.
