The KCBJ is reporting that Block Real Estate Services LLC plans to build 231 apartment units in three, five-story buildings at the northwest corner of 143rd Street and Metcalf Avenue. The project is being deesigned by NSPJ Architects City planners gave it the green light, and the Overland Park City Council is scheduled to review Block’s final development plan on Jan. 6
