Block Real Estate Services LLC, alongside Prairie Village-based NSPJ Architects, plans to convert the five-story, 150,000-square-foot office building at 9401 Renner Blvd. into The Residences at Renner 95. It would have roughly 10,221 square feet of office and retail on the ground floor and 80 apartments on the remaining four floors, according to documents filed with the city. The building’s amenities include a 3,470-square-foot clubhouse and 2,496 square feet of flexible workspace.
