On Monday, the plan goes before the Planning Commission for a vote on rezoning the site from single-family residential to a commercial and high-rise apartment district.
The apartment complex will offer 28 studios, 196 one-bedrooms, 202 two-bedrooms and 20 units with more than two-bedrooms. Ryan’s planned amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, grill structures, fire pit area and spa. The developer also plans to construct a dog park connected by walking trails.
