Rachel Pierce joined NSPJ Architects in November 2022 in the role of Architect III/Project Manager. While attending the University of Central Missouri, she studied abroad in London and Paris. Rachel brings with her a high degree of management and detailed design knowledge. Her expertise includes growing a team of designers and architects while managing industrial and large-scale retail projects. In her free time, Rachel enjoys jigsaw puzzles, kayaking and camping. A few of her favorite places in Kansas City almost always include good food, red wine or whiskey, and a rooftop view. She prefers being outdoors in the summer and snowboarding on the slopes in the winter.
